How short links work

Change the destination any time. The short link stays the same, so printed QR codes keep working.
Clicks are counted, nothing else: no tracking of who opened it.
Pause a link to stop it for a while, or delete it for good.
Links must go to a web address (https://…). Links used for spam or phishing are removed.
